Thomas' Outing
Thomas Otting first appeared on DCTP around the turn of 2001 and began the long, sorry saga of Alucard's experimentation with mind-altering...Food Items. When we crossed paths during my first forum romps of that spring and summer, more fun was to follow. He even put together this silly bit inspired by my then-recent discovery of the disaster known as Dragon Power! The next warm season saw another level of awesome; the Skull Knight (under the alias Skeleton Knight Lord) appearing in CastleVania: Concierto of the Midnight Sun (later known in The States as Harmony of Dissonance), and Tom Otting mousing its Humor Me debut! In keeping with the great tradition of 'mushroom' jokes, Fwoopy! presents what happens when Skull Knight gets high; he gets high as a HOUSE! I thought the comic was brilliant and saw it playing out well as a Flash animation. In 2004, the completed Fwoopy! short would feature his original comic, DVD-style! Ease back and enjoy the 'trip' with Thomas Otting! |

05. FWOOPY!!! - A very cool comic by Thomas Otting I may make into a short FlashyVania spectaculmundo, featuring the Skull Knight from CastleVania: Concierto of the Midnight Sun, a.k.a. Harmony of Dissonance! (2009 note: Like I said...! :]) 06. Alucard should look in to this...- HAH! Is this Thomas Otting's nod to The Doo, or what? But honestly folks, if Al had taken this stuff about an hour before The Symphony, I just might've had a much more of a positive opinion of his fandom... Furthermore, we wouldn't have to be so bloody concerned about fanatic Final Fantasy groundlings daring to connect CastleVania III's Al to all of the White Haired Guys in the FFing games. Anyway, I'm all for the REAL Alucard in all his 8-bit, weakling glory! 07. Village People

- 5 08. 900,000- DCTP celebrated over 90,000 visits the other day (yeah, just before the counter crashed out...), but I think Thomas Otting was a little bit off on his nutty 90k hit gift. Planning ahead, I guess! |
